The PF problem did arise with players flocking to a single data center in each region for raids but ping is going to make the same happening cross region unlikely.

People keep saying this but then turn around and say the ping isn't an issue for raiding. Including the OP.

Agree! I guess he's worried about culture clash which imo shouldn't be a problem with EU and NA considering NA and EU already raid together

Honestly high ping gaming is not all that terrible as someone who always plays with high ping, you just have to adjust around it and figure out when snapshots occur. Xenosysvex already raids with an EU group despite being in NA, and of course people from SEA, middle east, and other parts of Asia or Africa already play with high ping and we manage.

For god sake in the world races i know plenty of EU statics with NA players in them and the same goes for NA statics with EU players in them, the game is perfectly adjustable up to around 150-160ping for most jobs

And no harm to EU players, but a good deal of UK and Irish players that i know of mainly play on NA anyway.

But hey if it's apparently so impossible to raid cross region (despite the opposing statements above) then it won't matter if the devs just disable public categories of the PF from voyagers and let the cross region statics sort themselves out in the passworded private category.
