Same problem, new request

Once again I would like to point out that doing this is equivalent to asking to be able to hide other player's glam choices because you don't like them. Does that really sound like a reasonable choice here? I for one work hard on my decorations, and don't really like the idea that they could just be hidden on a whim. If and when an instanced ward option were implemented, then players like AnjouMaaka would not have to concern themselves with other people's decoration choices.

So a few hundred players choose to hide glamours and housing decorations from their personal view while tens of thousands of other players can still see them.

Are you genuinely so devoid of attention from others that forcing those few hundred other players from seeing your work matters that much to you? Especially when you will have no idea of whether or not they have those things hidden on their end?

I can agree with this when I spent several hours decorating my yards only where most people would be done with them in a matter of minutes. I love others seeing how nice my garden is and how highly decorated my homes are, for those interested seeing my homes, they are in my signature.

This wouldn't stop anyone's ability to express themselves or the ability of others to see that self expression if they are interested.

When it comes to erasing people, the game has already added that feature as part of the blacklist. I don't believe that I've seen you complaining about that in General Discussion.

It's not turning off anyone's decoration. The decoration is still there for the owner and others to see. The only players affected are those that would choose to enable the feature.

Strange how people are pushing so hard against adding an option that wouldn't affect them unless they chose to use it. You would have no idea whether another player is even using it.

Are you this vocal about the players already using mods that change your appearance to them?

Are you this vocal about how players can now use the blacklist to completely erase another player from their screen?

Would you object this much to the idea if it had come from someone other than the OP, or would you simply say "I don't think it's a good idea" and leave it at that?

To me, it would just be an option for those who want it like we have so many other options in the game. I don't see myself using it. Someone else choosing to use it wouldn't affect me. The OP is not the sole player that has made the suggestion. Other players have made the same suggestion in the past.
