Please try the following:
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable). After reviewing your System Report, it appears that your GPU [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060] driver was last updated on [8/14/2024]. At this time, a newer version should be available. Should the issue persist you may also try reverting to an older version to see if it may be more stable.

- Try limiting the in-game FPS.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Double check that your system is not overheating when the issue occurs.
- Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the default C: Drive.
- Reinstall game

If the issue persists, you may try disabling DirectX 11 through the launcher's configuration settings by toggling it off to see if it helps.
If you have extra peripherals (such as additional monitors, etc.) please try removing them to only what is necessary to see if they may be interfering.
