i cannot say why yoshiP decided the housing is fine as it is when it clearly isnt. there are entire websites dedicated to selling fc houses for irl money. and this is entirely ignored by the team. it is a loophole in the system, because the system isnt robust. the fact people are finding so many cracks to slip through is proof the house needs repaired.

Those sites are actual scams and they arent even selling the houses because they dont have them, it's a pretty well known fact in the entire housing community

Phoenix has 309 open plots, at least 0 of which are available for bidding.
287 plots have missing or outdated lottery data if we take this number literally there are 22 houses for sale in all of phoenix.

You can see when they were updated in the second from the right column. They've all been updated within a day or so, most within a matter of hours.

then you did not count or specify, how many are fc plots, how many are fc/ single person and how many are single person.

None of them are FC only plots as you can see in the "Allowed Tenants" column.

nobody solo is going to waste effort bidding on fc/solo since its not fair contest. so we can count out the fc and fc/solo plots. this leaves us with a much smaller pool. i cannot say for sure how many exactly are there. but its maybe 5? max.

I count around 20 individual only plots, but if you're looking for a house and artificially limiting your selection by not bidding on mixed bid plots you're contributing to your own problem.

it saddens me many people choose to fixate on the houses on just my world alone instead of take notice of some of the more concerning points such as houses being sold by fc famers.
I understand everyone wants that "gottem" moment, but this really isnt it, this system effects every single player and it honestly isnt polished enough

Nobody cares about a "gottem" moment. You said the whole system should change because there are no houses available on your server, which isn't the case. Don't make things up if you don't want to get called out on it.
