Please tighten up the housing system

This Is a request I have had for years. But I think the housing system rn is very broken. You can have 1 house PER character per world, and this has allowed people to own over 40 houses due to alt creations. I'm sorry... but with housing so scarce I think it's time to review this system. I would like a system where in you are locked to 1 House and 1 fc house PER dc.

I think the bidding system could be refined aswell, I would like a similar pity system to bozja where if you loose go you get extra points. This way housing is given on a priority system of need not want.

In my server phoenix there are just no houses and many who are illegally selling them through fc purchases.
Please square. Tighten up this who system and do not let people bid on the same house with alts. I cannot compete with 40 alt guy who sells houses online

If I may also request a way to ensure every gets a house is now that we have cloud storage could we have wards automatically generate if no more wards have houses to bid on?

There are plenty of houses, you should have mentioned that you are specifically looking for a Large/Medium in your post.

Ive been tryna win a small for weeks now and its lucky if it gets <8, bids. There really arent enough to cater to demand, that player is not based on my server and likley only saw a small number of houses after a quick world hop to a city state if at all. He certinly did not do any research before posting his reply. If he had hed have seen how many bids even one small gets. Not to mention he didnt adress any other points i made here]

There's literally 2 pages of houses that are for personal, and even more for FC on the paissa website.

What you want is to get your favorite plot, and that's not SE's problem, the housing system is fine, except if you are on Balmung/Mateus and very select worlds, there's more than enough houses.

Just get a house and stop bidding on mediums and larges only, or only on mist 49.

You'll get the same as usual response "I dont want to make an FC to get it, I just want to have it !!!"

You can't have one house per char. You can only have one personal house per world.

It used to be one house per char, but they changed that and the only people with multiple char houses on the same world are either grandfathered in or are paying for multiple accounts.

You can have one house per character if all but one are FC houses and you know how to work the purchase system. And of course if the houses are available in the lottery.

You don't need a huge number of accounts to do this, only 2 (or one if you have a friend willing to help you).

Well this creates a very big discrepancy with what OP is claiming. Can anyone confirm that there are, indeed, that many available plots on Phoenix and check to see if any went uncontested during the last lottery period?

They are all available, there's no need the verify. They are on the site because they are available, and even if they arent, they show as "results" or disappear from the site entirely, they dont stay.
