Well, in that case...I would've definitely written a report too, can't sweep this under the rug of 'bad at game' or 'emergency'.

Thanks for making this thread OP, it's great to know that griefers like yourself do actually get punished.
OP was adamant about us re-reading their post and I found this gem...
"I abide by the rules and treat everyone with respect. This game is a form of therapy for me, so I generally avoid toxic environments altogether."

You're probably a pathological liar and have little awareness that you're doing it. You'd make a great politician.
All I know right now is his account already marked with a strike and a history of multiple reports from different players in the archives
If he ever pull this stunt and any fresh new report will trigger penalty accumulation
He is certainly on a lot of primal PvPer‘s radar right now

It's ok OP, the fact that yelling and gastliting will not always get you what you want is a lesson all Karen will have to learn at some point in their life, your moment is just now. It's what the adults call "the growing pain".
I do thank you to the live performance though, up until now my exposure to this particular behavior has only been on youtube.
Can also confirm that is the sort of title that GM replies have, from memory... my support desk history seems to have been erased.
When you have to fall to insulting people and baselessly claim evidence is made up after you garner no sympathy towards your revolutionary idea that spawn killing and afk griefing is actually okay and cool

Hi OP, seasonal ranked pvper here. If you aren't helping your team in fights and only camping nodes while only fighting occasionally without ever fighting with the team in a PVP mode (Player Vs. Player game mode) it's most likely going to result in others reporting, you. It's not the Elitist mindset of having to make everything competitive just by playing the game mode the way it is intended to be. It's all about working as a team for the goal of winning overall. If you are only camping nodes and not doing any damage to the point where you are catching a ban, I'd suggest just looking back on what you did during that match and trying to improve and work towards being part of the bigger picture which is the following.
Fighting with your Alliance
Heading to the nodes with other players holding off the enemy team from getting to the other players going to the node.
and also healing yourself, doing damage to other players and try to enjoy the game Mode overall.
XIV PVP can be a learning curve to a lot of players, and some will straight up AFK or rage quit because they cannot apply themselves to the following. Best of luck in your future games!
