Account Action Review system is flawed. Where is the customer support?

I'm also guessing you are talking about Frontlines here.
I love Frontlines tbh, and I'm doing it a lot so I've seen a few cases of people not participating over the years. From people trying to 'hide' in certain corners of the map (which NEVER works, you will always be seen xD) to people camping nodes only, I've seen it all. So I can totally understand the annoyment of people reporting this behavior. Those people basically put your team at a disadvantage because you have less manpower getting nodes/ovoos or attacking ice.

You can't even excuse this stuff by claiming to be 'bad at pvp'. Even though Frontlines is about balancing fighting and getting nodes to gain points and BH respectively, if you are just going with the flow, you will do both at some point of the match. Even if you are not trying to look for a fight, more often than not you will find yourself getting cornered or targeted by one team or even both, forcing you to fight. And EVEN if you don't manage to get a kill or assist in such a situation, you still do damage that will be counted at the end. If you leave any FL match with 0 DMG points...you had to be actively avoiding battle. And that would be comparable to not attacking mobs in a dungeon and only avoiding aoes.

However, of course I don't know the OP and don't know if they were actually leeching in those matches. I'm not really involved in discord communities, but I know there are big FL discords around. And I wouldn't be surprised if mass reports for whatever reason could be orchestrated over those, which could also be problematic.

All in all, the OP has already gotten the information they were looking for from support, by them telling them the reports were made because of them 'not earning enough points in a PvP match'. That's all the information they can give out I guess, and to me that sounds like enough to know what the concrete reason could be. So I don't really understand what the problem is. Just don't que for frontlines roulette if you really don't plan to participate. Just try to do your best and stay with the party, nobody will chastise you for dying a few times. If you try to be helpful that's more than enough for most people. Especially in frontlines, the majority is still quite chill.
