Account Action Review system is flawed. Where is the customer support?

Sometimes if you join in progress right before the match ends you won't have much/any damage. But that's a rare situation, but possible. There's been a few times I joined and the match ended before I could leave base/find enemy.

They would need to have been reported in order to be banned/suspended. It wasn't because they joined the game late and had no opportunity. Someone, or multiple people, witnessed another player not adequately participating in PvP and reported it. The data supported the report. And if I'm understanding the explanation correctly, it's now happened twice, with just a warning the first time.

I don't ever expect anyone to give 100% every PvP match (I'm certainly not a hardcore PvPer), but there are definitely people that just sit still and move a little or only go stand at nodes to avoid being kicked. I don't personally report them, but I can understand why someone would. They aren't contributing. The OP has already stated that they don't think their behavior matters because there isn't any ranking involved. As the response above stated, the OP doesn't appear to be looking for advice or feedback, they just want validation. They don't appear to be getting much of that here, and anything other than what they want to hear is just toxic and meaningless (their words).
