I am very glad that such a miracle can happen and someone will be warned/banned for passive dudes in playstyle that does not bring benefit to the team.
Lately a lot of people play by the principle "I'm only here for daily exp" without making any effort. What's really annoying is that you have to carry these players who, even take a healer, can't just heal for the whole fight and end games with barely 200-300k heal.
Just like the players on the Dancers and Sages who can't make a pair for the dance and kardia, basic PVE stuff. It's funny how people try to defend them when you point it out to them, or the typical FF player whining starts "he plays the way he wants". I just want to see people's reaction when they come in EX/Savage/ULT and will write "Dance pair give nothing" or "It wont change anything" and it'll be insta kick from party, but in Fls we need live with these people and only hope for kick vote + people who understand that this people have no value for team.
I hope GMs will continue to monitor such reports more often and send people on "rest" if they are not interested in playing.I wish SE would make a simple quest for pvp, or if you take a new job and just go to pvp you are forcibly teleported to WD to adjust skills.
