I find it astounding that, although it would take people zero effort to post nothing in a thread they intend not to participate in, that they instead make an active effort to come across as dismissive and condescending. It's almost as if some individuals feel compelled to make their presence known, even when they have nothing to add.

People make games their whole personality so it seems when some have issues with it, they take it upon themselves to feel insulted on behalf of Square it seems

You came to a thread whose topic doesn't seem to concern you and instead of engaging in any form of discussion you were simply condescending and dismissive of people's experiences and feelings. In a choice between "say noting" and "be rude for no reason" you went with the latter.
