Unable to connect to Materia Datacenter after being in an instance

Server: Zurvan (Also people in instance were from Ravana and Sophia).
Time of first disconnection: 9:49pm
After disconnection, unable to log back in, getting the below error:
"The lobby server connection has encountered an error."
