You get a comm from me if:
>Instance happened without an itch, with nobody talking and you happen to be the one I choose to comm
>you are a nice person and talking to you is fun
>you have a cool or funny glamour / portrait
>you did a really cool thing like for example in M4 normal, the SMN who rez'd a healer right before dying during final phase so that they could heal LB 3 (great save again btw!)
>if it's your first time in an instance (not always though, considering the above factors)
You don't get a comm from me if:
>you were unpleasant
>it's end game content or current expansion content, you already did them and you keep failing mechanics
>you beg for comms
I always give commendation to support, if I play support myself. If I play dps, I give commendation to another dps. I always follow that unless the player in dungeon doing something drastically wrong.
Never had this happen. Usually, everyone has exited before I can issue one.
