There is no need for this much of spells for healers

SGE just copied SCH having no idea why SCH’s buttons exist in the form they do (and why some like union these days are also near redundant and need to be deleted not copied) and it leads to exact problem you described

A bit of a tangent but I wonder if SGE might've been way different earlier in development. Like what if Dosis originally had a 2.5s cast time, or if the pure/shield healer designation happened later and they had to shift things around afterwards? It was still one of the most mobile healers in EW, but I feel it would've made Eukrasia and Toxicon a much more notable feature of the job as its weave/mobility tool had all but AST still had the 2.5s nuke.
