    Here is a list of drops for NM's that are worth seals. It is not every piece of gear that drops from NM's, but usually the stuff thats not worth seals aren't worth getting anyway.

    I'm not really sure what this thread is about. Is he asking which Fists ability to use in each fight? Or is an NM Fist List something more... sensual?

    He's asking if there is a list that shows which Elemental Fists works best on what NM. To my knowledge there isn't but for the most part it's pretty easy to guess which mobs are weak to what. Not to mention, you only have 3 choices to experiment with so it only takes about a minute to figure out either way.
