DDOS compensation

I'm expecting a compensation for the continued disconnects and service interruptions we've been getting from DDOS attacks.

This has resulted in loss of hours of deep dungeon progress, and has not been an isolated problem.

So far you could call this MMO "DDOS fantasy" and be completely right.

I understand that you are not the ones causing it, but you as a company chose this business and must take action accordingly. If you can't guarantee a stable service then you shouldn't charge for it.

I get a couple of "lobby server has encountered an error" and then get on the 1000+ player queue.

I'm about ready to uninstall the game permanently. I've been playing since ARR and this is the first time where I've been getting error 90002 every single day, multiple times a day, for nearly a month. I literally can't play the game anymore without fear of being dc'd.

Yeah, this is getting a bit ridiculous. My group and I missed out on the 100k gil treasure chest from the last floor of the treasure map dungeon last night. Really frustrating. I really hope SE doesn't think they are above giving compensation.

If you can't guarantee a stable service then you shouldn't charge for it.

I guess everything that uses the Internet should be free then, since literally every service is one well-orchestrated DDoS away from going down.

I just had 2 server disconnects while in the middle of endwalker trial as a healer...70% hp left then DC, i come back when its 40% then it DC me again at 5%,thankfully there wasnt any wipe since everyone knew what they were doing but still sucks as a healer T_T Says my server connection is excellent, im suprised I didn't DC during alliance raid but i saw tank n another healer DC but the healer one never came back. The DDOS attacks are very aggressive this time, never had so many DC before

can genuinely say I've been playing less purely because of the ddos issue. why squeenix continues to let this game be low hanging fruit for ddos orgs to use as advertisement is beyond me. I don't pay $15 a month to get disconnected in the middle of extremes once a week. the past few days it has been every. single. day.
