Hell, I barely see shout in general, since even big city shout chats are usually just pointless crap.
It's been my experience that few internet users have the capacity for this skill. But it is such a valuable one to cultivate. Eyes just glazing over without even parsing anything on that personal mental ignore list..

Anyway, on the actual term filter, why would anyone bother trying to filter an entire section like that? Just.. filter half of it and it accomplishes the same thing.
