I'm wondering how many other Australian players are out there in the game, as I don't seem to see very many.
Proud Australians, make yourself known!

Before FFXIV was up many named Gysahl the unofficial Pacific server. We are now Masamune. As for other servers I can not tell you. My own LS is mostly AUS-NZ.
Masamune is the unoffical Australian server in FFXIV.
Our ls ldr is Australian, and I know of two others in my ls as well.

Nevermind Oz players....what about us Scottish folk? Where's everybidy at?
Im Australian and i play this game about 8 hours a day (Excessive i know). Have played since beta and i'm very attached to this game.
Having said that, I don't know of any words that can quite articulate how frusturating it is being only able to play when the server's are at their quietest.
To get anything done I literally need to wake up at 5 am or pull an all nighter to get a competent 8/8, waiting for people to log in, as this game has no viable end game content that is soloable.
I have tried to take initiative by creating my own end game oceanic linkshell, but 99% of players playing around my time don't speak english (Asia) or are new to the game (I help new players all the time, but many will quit until 2.0 or don't play much at all).
I almost cried tears of relief when i heard about the cross server implementations being put in.
