Hello, This is my first time posting here but I wanted to bring this up in a platform that hopefully either gains traction or visibility to the dev team. (insert NA forum meme here)

SE has recently done an amazing job going from EW to DT with job design (exceptions exist I am aware). It seems they kinda just forgot that there's a buff cap. At about the mid point of EW in fights like DSR and TOP certain comps provided an excess of buffs / debuffs. This creates a problem of jobs that need to use X action to activate Y action unable to use Y action due to the buff requirement to execute the action. (ex; PLD unable to use confiteor combo because the player couldn't get "Confiteor Ready". Initially this was a smaller problem due to it mostly happening in ultimate content..

However with the release of DawnTrail not only does this become a risk for a larger amount of jobs, but also you can see that it's happening in content outside of ultimate. Extreme trial 1,2 and even in the recent raid tier have all had scenarios where the "Y Ready" buff was completely negated due to buffs being at there maximum. For further reference we also havent seen what the future exploration zone will bring. If it brings any amount of things like Lost Actions or similar systems into play, this issue ends up impacting a large amount of players. They created a system that reduces the amount of buttons we have per job, but has a trade off of you may not get to press your follow up ability.

We need either the buff cap to be raised, or those actions to not require a "buff ready" line in order to be executed.
