Darksteel Amalj'ok not dropping?

maybe it's just horrible luck, but as someone that farms these now n then for extra gil, I noticed they are not dropping from the mobs that had them in their loot table before last patch.

they dropped about 1/8 kills before. so far I haven't seen a single darksteel (or Iron) coin in 100+ kills.

I'm only seeing the Bronze coin drop, nothing else.
