You get one at the

end of the pre-EW patch quests, specifically right before you start DT

but it's a fashion accessory, which means it gets taken off of you in duties and in other stupid places. I would also like to just be able to wear it.

It would be nice to remove fashion accessories and change the facewear option to just accessories that you can wear all the time.

weirdly enough i once had someone in everkeep showing up with the wings. at the time i assumed that was normal, until ppl said otherwise, and were all talking about how the player got them to show up in the fight.
