Daily frontlines is a very good source of XP and you can queue on a job you don't care about, switch inside and get the XP on the job with which you queued.

90% of my levelling on DPS has been through Frontline roulette so far lol, it’s an absolute godsend. I’d prefer to do the 91+ story dungeons so I can actually get used to new skills etc, but Frontlines is just so much less hassle to get into (again, as a dps lol)

Why not do it with Trusts then? In addition to leveling jobs, you're making progress for a title and alternate costumes for the scions, and also won't have any competition if orchestrion or minion drops.
