Could fates give more xp please? Also buff trust npcs/xp while you're at it.

Your suggestion might be counter productive?
The amount of time required to learn those duties might get a number jobs to max level, that is if the progression resulted in clear and subsequent reclears.
Not even mentioning this would only benefit a small portion of the player base. So I feel that this was not put out with sincerest intention.
Nonetheless the problem is real.
Their consideration might be that if a player goes through an expansion's MSQ with one job and do all the duties with that same job will result in surplus or wasted exp.
My suggestion is to tweak the armory bonus to stack based on MSQ and highest level:
1. If you have completed the MSQ of that expansion you get armory bonus below that level.
2. If you have reached the X0 level for that expansion in one job you get armory bonus below that level. (Like 70 for SB and 90 for EW)
3. If you have completed the current expansion's MSQ and reached the current max level in one job you get armory bonus.
Three stacks with current 100% armory bonus we have totaling to 300% exp bonus.
With this people are incentivised to finish their MSQ but also can get benefits if they run levelling roulette and hit X0 level.
Probably they should update the daily roulette exp distribution as well.
We get two jobs each expansion probably increasing levelling roulette from 70%-ish to a solid one level isn't that bad.
Additionally other roulettes like trials and normal raids that people are more willing to do daily (since they're quick), should be increased too.
Retroactively it's obviously not worth to learn an ultimate to level. But it is definitely worth to check out DSR, TOP and FRU with 8.0 in mind. The new jobs will start at lv 90 and FRU will be your way to level to 110. Of course it only benefits those that are actually doing it, but at least there then is a choice. You can choose to spam an alliance raid for 10 hours or do an ultimate run.Your suggestion might be counter productive?

But anyway, you got it right. The key issue is that there just aren't enough ways to level up efficiently and that it's just not fun.
i mean i could see all the ultimate sellers going ham with this suggestion.
Honestly, I think they just need to buff existing methods more.
Make FATES offer a lot more EXP. Extend EXP reward to A-Rank and S-Rank hunts. Increase the EXP of the 'super-FATEs' so people are more enticed to track those. Buff the EXP from the alliance raid series to be more in-line with the EXP gain from Aglaia, if not slightly more.
IMO, EXP gain should predominantly come from large-scale content and content that contains more players over, say, 4-man or 8-man content. I just feel like EXP being good specifically in dungeons (generally speaking), just dilutes the MMO factor.
I'm sure the ult sellers would love your proposal.
dunno, I always have fun taking the different jobs into roulette, especially after not having played a lot of the jobs for some time. gives me some appreciation. i also take it slow, just lvling with the roulette, no extra farming. maybe an elephant daily if its close before lvl up. slow and steady, almost got everyone to 100
WoL = Warrior of Lamat
I am trying to level all my jobs to 100 simultaneously.
The only way to not get bored is to have a list on jobs on one tab of https://wheelofnames.com/ then another of different things to do with few instances of Aglaia and pick random job and random duty. Repeat until ran out of duties.
At least this way I get some variety but its not that efficient.
