Returning a gift

Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong forum.

A friend, very nicely, gifted me an item, but I already have it!

Is there any way to get him his money back?

EDIT: I'd like to add that I haven't claimed the gift. It is sitting in with my Delivery Moogle

We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number/post you originally created for the issue. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
