Arcadion Music Appreciation

One thing I appreciated about this raid tier is that every fight had a unique song. No two fights share the same music, and I think this small detail doesn’t get enough attention. It set this raid apart from others. We even got two songs with lyrics and a separate track for M4S Phase 2. The fact that each fight had a different BGM was a big deal, in my opinion, and I hope SE continues this trend.

It's really good. I love how much it helps each fight seem different! Dawntrail's music game has absolutely been on-point.

Every song was masterfully crafted! I’ve added them all to my work playlist. "A Risky Bet" is the best Phase 2 track I've heard yet, and it made watching the world races even more exciting by adding to the suspense and thrill. All the tracks are absolute catjam bangers!

We'll never have a theme as epic as Ravana ever again. Instead the raid themes are all just melodramatic, cutesy or sentimental. M4S sounds like a woman trying to trauma dump at me and I mute it every time.

The best themes of this xpac was Zoraal Ja, Urqopacha Day, Heritage Found, Valigarmanda, and Vanguard.

Worst tracks are the ones that are obviously trying to make you cry like the entire Living Memory.

I think most everyone can agree that the best part of Dawntrail so far is The Arcadion.

They just knocked it out of the park. The theme, the music, it's all *chef kiss*.

Fr, they're the songs that have stuck in my head the most from the whole expac, and I've grinded the dungeons a LOT for glams and to get jobs to 100. They're very catchy and super memorable. Absolutely will be in the mental catalogue of songs that will stay with me.
Brute Bomber's theme was such a surprise, it honestly sounds like a Nomura track (and I mean that as the best complement I can give). It's nice when FF14 has those songs that are just great to listen to and not great for a game.

Give it All (M4), is probably my favorite song out of any Raid tier, surpassing even Scream (P6-7).
To hear an instrumental version of it in M1, the correlation of the music with the story of the bosses and such, really was amazing.
Every song was a banger, even if the Bee song is insufferable at the same time.

Overall, DT had probably my favorite songs of zones and even dungeons in general. I haven't enjoyed those music since Heavensward.
Living Memory song is a personal favorite of mine, it's beautiful! But zone song, definitely the spotlight is given to Yak T'el.
