Ranked Crystalline Conflict

I'm sure this has been brought up a million times, but why does no one queue up for ranked in this game? I can sit in a queue until the map resets and still not get into a ranked game. It really sucks because I like some of the weapons locked behind climbing high in the ranked season but I don't even get an opportunity to climb that high because I can never get a match in the first place.

Is there a specific Data Center that does pvp a lot that everyone just goes to for pvp or will I be cursed forever to never get the cool awesome weapons?

If you want to play some CC games before the next season, you'll need to get more involved with the community.

We got people who host weekly CC customs, there's discords for joining & practicing with teams, etc.

I don't queue for it because it's beyond my skill level (same with ranked in every PVP mode/game ever, lol), so there's no reason for me to roll into it and ruin other people's progress.

While your consideration for others is commendable, I do think that you should try out ranked if it’s something that interests you. Even if you only stay in bronze by the end of the season. Because in ranked, you learn things that you won’t in casuals.

With that said, at the bare minimum - definitely know your Job. Know that you have sprint, guard, recup, elixir and an LB. And have a general idea of what other Jobs can do and will try to do. This part you can learn in casuals. The “skill level” just comes with experience tbh.

For me personally, it is because reward sucks. I got my glowing sage weapon from ranked, Then l never plan to play ranked again. I love pvp but l only play casual. Ranked needs to be taken more seriously, so that introduces more stress. I am getting more stressed but what do l get in return? Nothing. The least Se needs to do is to not lock the glowing weapon behind diamond. Make it that you can get fraction of the weapon if your rank is below diamond. That would alleviate a lot of the issue. And they can go much further in rewarding people. Such as if you win 30 ranked games, you can get a token That can buy a savage book, And you can do it maybe like twice a week.
Honestly, Se really need from gw2's ranked reward. I crafted a legendary pvp trinket In gw2 recently. One of the material required me to win 125 ranked games, but nothing required me to get to a certain rank. Se needs to leaning In That direction, but it is their game after all
