I am a long time Australian player with 1700 hours played on US servers over a number of years. My main account is on the NA Data Centre (Diabolos) and I have been playing on this server for a number of years without issue.
Over the last four days when the issue occurs I start getting rubberbanding and then I am getting 90002 disconnects from the game randomly. When I try to log back in and reconnect to the NA Data Center I then get a 2002 error and the game exits. Sometimes I can log into the NA Data Center but none of my characters are appearing. I can log in to the AU, EU, and JP servers with no issues and remain connected indefinitely during this time. Sometimes the problem goes away after a couple of hours but it is unpredictable and the issue has been reoccurring.
I have contacted my ISP and they said their overseas connection to the US is fine. When I ping the US server IP for my server I notice I am getting intermittent packet loss. The issue starts at the NTT IP in the US. If ping JP, AU, or EU servers there is no packet loss.
