    Change Gear in 2.0

    Not sure if this question has been asked, if it has, please redirect me. So, here it is:

    Will we be able to change gear in active mode in 2.0? does anyone know if this has been asked to any of the dev or Yoshida?

    I sure hope not gear swapping is annoying for several reasons to me. Characters blinking in and out, having to push a macros before every skill, and not to mention the loss of inventory space.

    Yeah, the conversation has been done to death.

    Further more, official word that gear change in battle is a mechanic the developers strictly do not want.
