VA's and Translators would stop acting like entitled POS's and keep their head cannons/world views out of their work and just give loose translations without the modern day slang. Now sure a leader has people do stuff for them all the time, that's part of being a leader, motivating people, but the issues she resolved were resolved so easily, anyone could of done it in theory.
It wasn't the moment SE thought it was. That song perfectly amplified the sense of "this was unearned." In the anime "Reincarnated as a Sword." There's a noble who's known for his strength (He also has the ability to gaslight everyone), He got that strength by hiring people to do the work for him while he gained the shared party EXP and got the credit and levels. Thats the vibe i get from Wuk. This music highlighted it in a big way.

Second time we hear the song were building a freaking bomb, it wasn't even people uniting as everyone working on it were already connected/a community. How is that an inspirational moment? How was the song fitting for that moment?

I like Wuk and their voice acting is great, my issue is her strength is unearned as is the back patting and "job done" vibe. Hell at the very end she pulls a Thrall and swoops in to claim victory at 11:59:50PM of the fight. Shes not Green Jesus, shes furry Jesus.
Its a good thing the WoL is largely a silent Protag and there to do a job lol.

the song just sucks, its badly vocalized. that its, why is it so hard for sena to take criticism without attributing it to some background, hate agenda, or transphobia? she is a bad VA and that is a badly sung song, that's it, I am not a western nor Japanese, I had no idea its black gospel(went to listen some after learning, it sounds great) I am also extremely LGTBQ+ supporting, but i hate excuses, and i hate bad work, its bad its bad unrelated to anything else. it what it is.

I don't think smile is the worst song in the world but the two scenes it plays at doesn't help it at all. To me the song is associated with just some of the worst moments this game has ever tried to hype up. I actually laughed the first time I heard it play and couldn't believe how terrible the scene was. The second time I thought I was being trolled.
