So about the last zone... (Spoiler Warning)

Is it a Hyperbolic Time Chamber?

They explained that when the Dome popped into Yasulani, that the area was using Living Memories Time signature for a bit before it switched over to the Sources time sig right?

And Living Memory was the top floor over Everkeep that got left behind for reasons, yeah? And since the only 'Tether" to the source LM has is the Portal in Yak'Tel and it is turned OFF most of the time.... Wouldn't that mean that LM is using the hella fast time sig that Heritage Found was using before it cant to the Source?

This was just a thought I had before falling asleep, but its an interesting idea to think about for story implications.

Throw some farmers into LM and grow a shit ton of food hella fast! Bring a grp of people in there to train an army up in no time!

The original thought of this was to have Wuk Lamat go in there with crafters/gatherers or something to restore LM in some capacity somehow and have it take like 5 years of LM time or something to have her mature as a character really quickly so if they shifted her character it would at least have a explanation and not feel too knee jerky lol

    Anyways, just food for thought!

It's worth mentioning that the "the other shard's time passes differently" thing is pre-existing lore from Shadowbringers, where it's specified that it's also not constant (the excuse used as to why it passed so quickly prior to our arrival, but after we showed up it started acting normal). It wasn't because we activated any sort of tether between the two, G'raha just stated it was a period of "near equivalence" iirc, of the typically fluctuating time speed.

That means that the time passing in Living Memory can be whatever the writing team wants it to be, so it's not really worth digging too much into imo.

The time got synced once they sent their troops out as it linked their space with our world... before that the bubble was a sealed piece of their shard. Id say the moment they opened the link to our world, the whole thing got synced. The difference being the Portal creating a passage for a very limited time while the bubble literally was fused with our source, just encased in their world...

If I recall correctly, by the time we reach Living Memory, both the shard and the Source had reached a period of near equivalence, just like the First and the Source in Shadowbringers.

I would imagine that a proper portal like the one in Skydeep might keep the time streams apart, but our brute-force "smash the barrier open with a train" (or even the previous constructed passage through Vanguard if it was open-air and not a portal) directly connects the two realities and forces them to keep the same flow of time.
