Playing through this game involves reading a fairly lengthy novel's worth of text as a natural result of how the game's dialogue works, whether voiced or not. Especially if you include side quests, the amount of text you need to read in this game can get overwhelming at times.

I feel that serif fonts significantly reduce the cognitive load associated with reading large amounts of text. This is not scientifically backed or anything - my understanding is that studies show that there is generally not a reproducible, measurable difference between the "readability" of serif versus sans serif fonts - but it is a strong personal preference. Some serif fonts can also help those who struggle with dyslexia.

It would be really nice to see some sort of option for changing the font in dialogue boxes to a serif font. It doesn't need to be anything fancy with different font choices and size options or anything like that, a simple radio selection between serif and sans serif would be good enough!

Does anyone else feel this way? Sometimes I get a headache or my eyes glaze over after a while when doing Main Scenario Quests, and I feel that having a font with serifs could help alleviate that issue when reading large amounts of text, at least for me.
