On topic: /blist AND report harassment to the Special Task Force.

Also the STF only handles rmt and is currently down because of the bettle changes. You report harrassing behavoir to gms.

EDIT: That's right. From the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre: "*The Special Task Force exists for the purpose of dealing with illegal activity in FINAL FANTASY XIV and working to create a healthy gameplay environment."
Even I think that working on harassment issues is a good way to create a healthy gameplay environment, I realize that they are focused on RMT and using of third-party tools, so it's better and more accurate to /blist AND report harassment to GM.

Off topic: Kilta_Firelotus, why do you have so many doubled (even tripled) posts within a matter of few minutes? I mean, I guess you have realized that you can edit your posts, haven't you? Are you on your way to have as many posts as possible? If that's the case, what's the point on it?

i post on the ps3 and its not that easy to make a large post. There isa limited amount of text space on the ps3 chat.

If there was an easy way to do what I need to do. I woulda done it.
