What prompted the post was that their FC is trying to get a FC house and needed the gil lost due to Risa's mistake.

I did get in touch with Risa in game. They said the GMs finally responded and that they're going to give Risa the gil back. I also passed along some gil-making tips for Risa based on what they do in the game. Hopefully things will be going better for them in the future.
