Me and my FC have been saving to enter the lottery, and we were under the assumption that the Bills were to act like "Tickets" to enter for a plot. I sent a ticket is the support submenu IG, how long does a response take? Im kinda stressed rn because the lottery period isint that long.

I am not sure what your question is exactly, you buy a ticket for the plot and when the lottery period is over you check if you won or not.

I read more on them and I guess they are a Gil sink for when SE refunded houses to people who one plots, I just purchased one by mistake and was hoping there was a way to get the Gil back.

The in-game ticket is the only way to reverse the purchase. But keep in mind it's got some potential drawbacks.

The first you've already run into - GM response time.

The GMs will only do this type of reversal once per account during its entire lifetime. That means if you make other mistakes in the future, you'll be out of luck.

I don't know what your in-game wealth is but 3 million gil doesn't take long to earn. Personally, I would chalk it up as a lesson learned and move on. If you would like suggestions about how to get the gil back quickly, please ask. There are a lot of different ways and probably at least one that will fit in with how you already play the game.

All the ways I know of earning gil with a FC require a FC house. There are ways to earn as a group such as selling runs. This is legal as long as you sell for gil.
