Would be amazing if FATE mobs dropped appropriate materials

I'm talking about Monster parts. They are incredibly tedious to acquire, even with Hunting retainers and Bicolor gemstone vendors in mind. Would it be too much to ask for FATE monsters to drop any appropriate material they may have as well? It just seems comically bad, to me, that I can slaughter Lunatenders or Megamaguey's, for example, by the dozens and get nothing but some happy 18 bicolor gemstones for completing the FATE they were spawned in. It's already unviable as it is to just harvest monsters outright as they have reasonably uncommon item drop rates and Dawntrail crafting requiring an extraordinary amount of monster material in comparison to every other expansion prior, by design, is not healthy for the game with the way things currently work.

FATE monsters certainly should drop materials. The drop rate feels comically low as it is, and one can only grind gemstones for so long before starting to go insane.

The need for materials outside of MIN and BTN makes leveling LTW (and sometimes WVR and CUL) a royal p.i.t.a. compared to the other DoH jobs. There really needs to be another way to get this stuff.

They used to, if you go back and do the ARR fates. So it seems to be a designed choice rather than technical limitation.
Would definitely be in support of it.
