Garlean Third Eye Displacement

I was doing the quests "Misguided Few," and the cutscene that plays after you save the Garlean's trying to go to the tower of Babil, the Despondent Refugee does an emote like they're taken aback, and the "third eye" didn't move with the character correctly.



NPC name: Despondent Refugee

Area and coordinates: Garelemald (20.8, 13.1) z: 0.4
Steps:
1. Start Cutscene for "Misguided Few"
2. Watch Cutscene

An additional note, I noticed that after the 7.0 update, the Garlean Third Eye started being reflective and metalic looking, where before it was matte. I'm not sure if that change was intentional or not. But that's less about this specific instance and applies to any Garlean with their 3rd eye showing.
