    Still unchanged, im getting same problem when trying to retrive information from
    Global Collect that the debit card is valid. Same Error 601.

    I used the debit card number on my PS3, adding funds to my PSN wallet and
    there were no problems and it accepted the debit card number.

    I just tried another debit card number & i got same error.
    Something is wrong with retriving the information
    from Global Collect, using mastercard debit-card.

    Update: 2012-08-03
    Still unchanged...
    im still getting Error Code: 601 on my second account.
    And since its obviously middle of the night the Support isnt available...
    Maybe it's time someone started an investigation?

    Because obviously, my debit-card details seems to work fine everywhere else.
    Just like i mentioned above.

    Update: 2012-08-04
    Well i managed to unblock my old Click and Buy account.
    My debit card got accepted & verified, now that selected & updated that option
    as payment on the SE Account management website & click "Reactivate" i get a new fantastic Error message.

    An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 401)


    Seriously?...why did you even bother reffering me to use
    click and buy when obvisouly something is wrong at your end?
    3 days now i have been waiting to get rid of these damn error messages.

    Trying to pay with Click and Buy.... "Payment Rejected" lol
    What the fxck? there's enough funds so why?
    Screw this payment system & thank you SquareEnix for such a shitty payment option.
    And thank you for wasting my time with this complete Bullshit.
    Amazing...i never had any problems using my debit-card before.

    I dont know why i even bothered trying again.
    Well this time i tried using my click and buy account to add some Crysta...
    This is the message i got:
    Payment rejected – please use another credit card or contact our Service Team.
    Seriously...


    No wonder people dont wanna play when this payment system is so
    messed up and no one has any freakin clue on how to solve it.
    We cannot play your game, since we cannot pay the monthly fee...
    thanks to your garbage payment system SE.

    Same problem here, When i try to reactivate my account using Click and Buy, it says, this offer is not activated for your country of origin, I contacted click and buy, no luck, so i tried debit/credit card and i also got an 601 error, i checked with my bank, and other online merchant and it works perfectly fine. I know Square Enix is very strict about payment but its going over board on security. I've spent countless hours on this game for over a year since beta, but why now? Please respond to this because i also contacted square enix. Lastly i've contact with square enix support center, now its a mtter of time of waiting which i doubt they'll ever respond....

    I hope the devs see's this and bring it up to support center, otherwise i feel like i might lose hope.
