Area and coordinates: Housing but the location doesn't matter, you just need to be able to fight and then mount.
Housing: Lavender Beds

Steps:
1. Cast Steele Muse
2. Cast Hammer Stamp -> changes to Hammer Brush -> Hammer Time goes down to 2 charges.
3. Get out of combat
4. Get on a mount -> Hammer Brush resets to Hammer Stamp -> Hammer Time still at 2 charges.
5. Cast Hammer Stamp and Hammer Brush then button greys out as if Hammer Time ran out of time and makes Polishing Hammer uncastable.

This isn’t actually a bug

Hammer time’s 3 parts work like a combo but the ability to use hammer time is a buff

So if you use part one of the combo then wait 20 seconds you’ll break the combo but still have 9 seconds on your he ability to use hammer time so it’ll just return to the start of the combo

It’s the same as if aetherhue’s 1/2 drop off while under subtractive palette, it’ll just return to blizzard in cyan
