How Do I Get Rid Of The Annoying Black and Yellow Notification

Every time I go into raid there is always that big black notification telling you something is about to happen. It always covers the top of my head so I can not see my fuse in M3s every time. How do I move it, get rid of it, what ever I need it gone. it takes too long to disappear, its the same one that shows you changes have been made when you go into settings and save something.

Sadly, I don't think there is a way to move it. Yet. I looked all around my HUD settings and the only thing I could do to make things easier was to move stuff I could so it wasn't under that area. So annoying because I have had the sane layout for 7 years. Now I keep looking in the wrong place for my enemy cast bar. (Yeah, that's what the stupid pop up was blocking for me) I don't need a stupid pop up if i can read the cast bar. It made me so angry that I wouldn't even read it. But I guess I will adjust.
I know some other forums complained about this. So hopefully they will allow us to move it or turn it off in the future. If someone already found a way, please add because I really want it gone.
