You misunderstand me, I am behind healer strike complaints (but not strike itself) and I think healers right now are boring and need help.

Just my fix for the problem is fundamentally different, I don't want game rework, just better reward for optimizing than more glare.

How is this for a raid boss design:
The boss emits a raid wide damage aura, if the tanks maintain a specific threat level, all that damage goes into them. If they don’t, it increasingly goes out on everybody else.

This would make tank swaps interesting and give us a mix of aoe damage or single target damage to heal on a consistent basis. I wouldn’t make it deadly but if left unattended long enough, it would.

This would make sure that healers are always needed because a continuous stream of damage would overload any self healing or mit that the players have over the long term.

Think of it as a no healer soft enrage.

I just find it funny that the role quest teaches you to cast Esuna, and then in savage content it's a useless skill

If I wanted to play a game with a bad story and no trinity I'd go play GW2. At least their netcode isn't garbage.

Not sure if true or not but allegedly a friend of mine who reads Japanese mentioned some comments were like those severs in question always had a "green" river issue and when this happens on the main servers then it is an issue. Other comments mentioned it was on the last pages of PF.

Overall idk I do not know Japanese.
