Ascians, where did they go?

they got tired of people ascian to many questions.

I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing a lot of the ascians at 2.0.

That succubus concept art already has the same vibe as the one we saw in the cutscene. Would really love to see more of that storyline. However I honestly despise the entire companion setup.

I really disliked any of the cutscenes with them. Considering it was my companion taking up the entire spotlight during them all and my character going
- "..."
- *look left, look right*
- "I'll just let her do all the talking while I stand here twiddling with my thumbs, getting knocked out or running away like a pansy girl."

Seriously, just look at the ifrit cutscene. It bothered me a lot during that cutscene. Good thing, that my character finally felt that he could defend himself during the newer cutscenes involving dalamud.

Hm, yes, the Succubi, forgot about that concept art. Seems whatever they're pushing us toward is going to be a very dark place indeed..

Until the whole Dalamud thingy started the Ascians were the best and creepiest part of FFXIV for me.
If you started in Limsa Lominsa, they also had an important role in the city state-storyline before lvl 20..

Mysterious, creepy, I definitely want them to play an important part in 2.0..at least at one point xD
