Challenging all the worlds to test this. Limit the Top Provisioner to say, 100k points, and have everyone tie it. It may list the top provisioners by the first, second etc to reach 100k, but will it recognize it as a tie?

I believe it works in the manner of who got their first.
So if player A was 100k first at 1st place
And Player B was 100k to, they would be 2nd place because player A was there first.
I think that's how it works as well. But it would be nice to know for sure. Even if it lists it as 1st 2nd 3rd etc, but then in practice, maybe each person is considered Top.

If you match your points to #20 you won't appear on the top 20 list. You'd just be under the person who had those points before.
