Recuperate should not be affected by healing potency increases specifically. Keep the healing bonus for jobs that want to actually use heal/shields.

Sure and how do i get the other 23 of my and the 24 of the third alliance to follow that advice?
Just this days we had several matches that worked well, we literally shredded any enemy, but then lost because the third team feeded the 2nd until they had like 15+ ppl with battle high... unless we abandon every objective and always run towards em, we cant stop em from that...
Its a broken mechanic bond to create imbalance.

Even as a Non Premade player, I dislike the system. I regularily get BH V practically every match, and there is little difficulty in obtaining, or holding it.
In most other games with a similar system, getting a large kill streak or accumulating Battle high would permanently mark your position on a minimap, make you more vulnerable to attack, and offer a reward to whichever player finally downed you. This doesn't exist in XIV. You get all the benefits with none of the drawbacks. It doesn't force you to play more cautiously when you can heal more than everyone else, and output more damage than anyone else. The only real danger to BH V is being caught away from your team and getting dog piled on.
I think I'd like to see some kill streaks implemented instead. UAV, airstrike, airships, ac-130, tactical meteor

I am semi serious though. Having a mode sorta like battlefront's with command post, Use the mechs and cannons from rival wings, maybe some other unique toys like summoning primals Ala heaven on high.

Maybe the best chance for that would be an overhaul of RW? It's currently basically dead content, and adding to the current PvP offerings with a whole new one likely further dilutes the already shallow pool of enthusiasts?50,000 people use to live here, now it's a ghost town.

Oh, for sure, but I'm also big advocate for more pvp roulettes. This map could also be incorporated into the FL rotation as well, hell, could pit rw into to.
