Hmm, I wonder if the DC troubles and the lag listed in the other updated megathread are connected somehow.
Any evidence and reports to SE and NTT do help, so keep the feedback going.

I was in the middle of my Stream on twitch when this happened. I am on Primal. I can go to EU data center just fine, but NA, nope

Read this and checked. I can confirm that EU Data centers connect fine but not NA. Works with VPN, I guess something broke with NA internet. Sadly, my VPN is good for housing and nothing else. Good opportunity to clean out my inventory.

Yeah. Around 10pm CST. I was in a dungeon and just got randomly kicked off. Tried to connect and get Error 2002 and cannot load to any the US/NA Data Center. I can connect to the EU Data Center and servers just fine. I may just check back tomorrow, but this is kind of concerning.

It appears it could be just a central Texas issue with Spectrum from what other forums are reporting. We are also down.

I had a hunch, but i was not sure. I am in the Austin area and I am on Spectrum

I just got back from work and found that I couldn't log in either. I'm in Central Texas using Spectrum as well. I even poked Spectrum on Twitter after seeing this forum, but who or whatever is running their "Ask" account claimed that it was probably on SE's end. Sadly, I don't have a VPN (though I've been considering it for a while), so I can't log in until what ever the problem is gets resolved.

Wasn't just Spectrum, but AT&T in South Texas here as well with high ping until about 10:00 PM CDT.

Then it went back to my normal latency (80 to 90 ms as of 7.0 and on) and has not been a problem for the last few hours since.

Still, I'd stay vigilant and keep an eye on all the threads here.
