Please add a way to obtain the Item Level 100 weapons

In Patch 5.3, it was changed so that pre-upgraded tomestone equipment was no longer obtainable, and that their upgraded forms could be purchased directly.

This is irrelevant for most items, as typically the only aesthetic difference is the ability to dye the item, but this isn't the case for the Item Level 100 Weathered weapons. The upgraded, non-Weathered versions (Item Level 110) are still available, though they possess unique glow effects, and it is now impossible to obtain these weapons without said glow effects.

Please add some kind of way to re-obtain the base model without the glow effects!

I've wanted this for years. It surely must have been an oversight at the time.

+1 to this. They look nice and sometimes the glow just doesn't work for the glamour you're trying to make.
