Didn't receive house refund after world transfer

A few days ago i transferred from Odin (a congested world) to Raiden (a preferred world) and it said on the post from Square Enix that if i do that i will get 10 golden chocobo feathers (which i received) the world transfer would be free (which it was) and as long as i didn't relinquish my deed but just remove the furnishing and estate i would receive a full reimbursement on the house.

Since i am making this post it's obvious i didn't get the money, i tried opening a ticket through the game but received no response and i am not sure where else i should post.

We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number/post you originally created for the issue. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
