[Feedback] Allow creation of more characters if one is present on server

try transfer after reset or off peak timing 2-4am. i created my 2nd character in Kujata and transferred back to always crowded tonberry using this method.

Heya Fudo! I've tried just making a character at like 3a-5am times with no luck; but you're saying to make it on another server and then try to do the transfer service? That's a cost though, yea? Or no?

yes with a server transfer fee . . . i dont like it but thats the only way i found. the server transfer is not 100%, the timing must also be off-peak.
