People are generally stupid and don't think before they do something. The vast majority just wants to vent and wouldn't actually do that IRL.
Right, there are a lot of idiots out there. I've worked in customer service and have received plenty of death threats when things didn't go the customer's way. Unfortunately, dealing with morons is just part of any job when the public gets involved. It's not right that it happens to anyone, but at this point in current year, it shouldn't be a surprise. Any remotely credible threats should be reported to the police but aside from that, I couldn't care less what idiots threaten online. As far as I'm concerned what Sena's doing is just engagement and sympathy farming.
