Wouldn't this just increase the relative loss faced by having actual/unavoidable issues of access (i.e., real disabilities)?

Sidenote: Would the only way we could combat the removal of all non-mechanical (as in, actual button-pressing / appendage movement) skill expression be to point out its being more discriminatory, rather than less? >.>

What's annoying is that they killed monk, almost no one cared.

They did the exact same changes to Viper and there were 1000 threads.

People really do pick a job exclusively based on aesthetics.

There's also the difference between axing the cute new pony and beating the long-dead horse, tbf. Monk's been spiraling since late Stormblood. Endwalker was just a lucky fluke.
