Untradeable Minions (& their drop rates)

While I'm okay with there being minions that aren't tradeable, including keeping them off the market board, two of these are just absurd for the sake of it. What do I mean by this though? Just about every minion that can't be put on the market board, is a guarantee drop upon the completion of the duty - think raids. I am certain there are some examples I have either forgotten about or didn't touch on here, but my main focus is the Starbird and Tiny Troll minions from Endwalker.

These two minions were released and changed how minions in dungeons typically work - a low drop chance, but could be found on the market board if your luck ran dry, felt lazy, or whatever the motivation was. These two, have the same, if not lower drop rate, and cannot just be obtained by said methods except just mindlessly grinding the dungeon, praying that luck sides with you.

I fully understand the numbers I am going to say seem extreme, made-up, far-fetched what-have-you, but these are sadly true numbers. I have just completed my 830th Dead Ends run, and I have still yet to even see the Starbird drop. I am at 324 Aitascope runs, and have never seen the Tiny Troll minion. These are not a number of runs total and happened to lose the roll, I've never seen them drop.

Would it please just be possible, especially with Endwalker now not being current content, to bump their drop rate, or just make them a guaranteed drop like the raid tiers?

I got to I don't know how many runs and not until 6.4 did I get the Tiny Troll minion.
I got lucky with the other two (the snake in Ktisis) but I know I have to do it again for the minion in Alexandria, and wondering if I just run the trust again and deal with the slow dps just so no one else can take it.

Update that no-ones cares about, run 884 of the Dead Ends finally dropped the bird. Yoshi-P save me.

I still don't have the bird or troll and have run both dungeons hundreds of times. Never seen the troll and lost the bird twice. As a minion enthusiast, i agree they really need to improve the drop rate. It's heartbreaking.

Update! I finally got starbird! Ran it for WT and finally got it. But it was the 3rd time I saw it after hundreds of runs. I wish at least they would adjust the rates once we go into the next expansion.

You're experiencing some extremely bad RNG if you've never seen them drop in that many runs.

I got very lucky with Starbird. It dropped when I was doing the dungeon with Duty Support for the MSQ. That's an outlier, of course. Most of those I know that were farming for it got it within 100 clears.

I got Tiny Troll on my 21st or 22nd run with Duty Support in this character and on my 6th run with another character (was intentionally farming it for S rank spawning). Other spawners I know usually had it within 60. But there was one spawner that needed about 140 runs before they got it.

I don't know what to tell you other than the drop rate genuinely is not that bad but luck is not favoring you. Perhaps grab a group of friends to farm the dungeons with you with the understanding that you'll get the minions when they drop. There seems to be no evidence that the drop rate is different whether you run it through Duty Finder or with Duty Support but you'll be able to clear the dungeon faster with friends for more attempts in the same amount of time.

Leveled my Trust to ~95 while trying to get the snake before giving up. Probably faster unsynced at this point.
Got 5 of the furniture item though, so that's something.

Got my starbird on my 3rd run of dead ends from roulettes by accident. Friend was very angry. But the latest dungeon in DT got the shshyue minion 3 times gave all 3 to people who want them
