Only been a week took balming nearly 6 months to get a clue when they got locked down..Forcing people to spread out or even locking them down doesn't seem to work as planned though, given we not only have tons of people that refuse to free transfer to Dynamis despite all of the new housing (something a *lot* of people on Aether/Primal/Crystal have seemingly been complaining about for years about not having), but then you have someone like me on Maduin who found being forced to stay on Dynamis those few weeks to be so terrible I'm considering paying to go to a different data center, despite having a house myself even, because I don't want to experience this nonsense again of being trapped somewhere with iffy queue times because contrary to what Square-Enix wanted to believe, we were not in fact flooded with Travelers, and now we'll probably see even *less* as people scramble to get back to their preferred A/P/C destination because if they *have* be stuck somewhere, it sure as hell isn't Dynamis.
It might be a better course of long-term action to just finally update their server infrastructure so the Dynamis worlds could be added to Aether/Primal/Crystal instead (because now those three could handle the collective amount), and to finally do away with limited housing (because again, the servers could handle the indefinite instancing), because all of these "band-aid" solutions to move players around are starting to not stick anymore, including the ability to data center travel in the first place as certain worlds get their gates shuttered.
